The Opportunity As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll work directly with our Technology sales and recruiting teams to identify and place technology professionals across contract and consulting engagements. You’ll join an established team supporting active client relationships, with access to a broad range of technical requirements and leadership that understands how to help recruiters maximize their production. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract and consulting positions across a variety of technology disciplines. Source, engage, and recruit technology professionals across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure, and Project Management. Partner closely with Account Managers and Business Development professionals to support existing clients and deliver on new hiring opportunities. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to develop a network of technology professionals for current and future opportunities. Manage multiple active searches while maintaining a high level of candidate engagement and delivery. Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and manage the placement process through onboarding. Identify opportunities for contractor extensions, redeployments, and long-term candidate relationships. Collaborate with leadership and the broader recruiting team to improve delivery, identify market trends, and support continued growth. What We're Looking For 3+ years of agency recruiting experience, preferably within contract Technology staffing. A successful track record of placing IT professionals within financial services, banking, or enterprise environments. Strong sourcing capabilities and an established understanding of technical skill sets and hiring markets. Experience managing multiple active requirements and working closely with sales or account management teams. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. A competitive, self-motivated approach with a strong focus on production and results. An interest in continuing to develop professionally within a growing Technology staffing practice.
