Our capabilities encompass all types of projects, from complete ground‑up developments to multi‑family, airports, military, health‑care, and tenant improvement projects. Clients include some of the largest builders in California. About the Role: As the concierge for our Revenue Department, you will keep the team organized and running at peak efficiency by supporting our team and clients. You will ensure information is organized, accurate, and flowing effectively so that new leads and communications are reaching our Estimating Team, and facilitate new job setups that are awarded. You will interact with clients as we serve our existing base and grow with new clients. You will also support our continued refinement and improvement of our effectiveness, strategies, customer relations, and new business acquisition processes. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow into an Estimator role. Responsibilities Manage team inbox and direct flow of information. Screen inbound leads and route accordingly. Handle inbound calls and perform customer service. Maintain meticulous records in the CRM and filing systems. Assist with completing information requests for internal stakeholders and external customers. Coordinate new customer onboarding and job handoffs with the Administration Team and Division Managers. Coordinate any prequalification requirements as necessary. Support proactive research for the team as needed. Prepare and send introductory company materials to potential new and targeted General Contractors. Conduct proactive outbound calls requesting Invitations to Bid and opportunities to provide proposals. Support marketing efforts to promote our brand. Rapidly internalize our processes, offerings, and workflow. Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement. Complete projects assigned to support company initiatives. Gain hands‑on experience in the full estimating lifecycle, from initial inquiry to proposal submission. Develop an understanding of company production rates, scope standards, and pricing structures through active project involvement. Assist in preparing bids and proposals for assigned accounts under the guidance of senior estimators. Coordinate directly with clients on basic scope clarifications, scheduling, and follow‑ups to ensure timely bid delivery. Manage a small portfolio of assigned accounts to support estimating efforts and build foundational client relationships. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Detail‑focused self‑starter who is highly organized and laser focused to get things done effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Reliable and supportive team player who is flexible with a can‑do positive attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional interpersonal skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Handle multiple tasks concurrently. Comfortable conducting client service calls and making outbound calls. Devoted to lifelong professional development and embraces learning and process improvement. Technologically savvy; willing and able to learn and utilize software and systems quickly. Able to work out of our El Cajon office daily with occasional visits to client offices. Preferred Demonstrate strong administrative experience, preferably 1‑2 years. Experience using CRM to organize deals and customer records, preferably HubSpot. Experience in analyzing data and creating reports to support the team. Experience with database management. Experience with Pivot Tables in Excel. Experience and comfort with leading and being involved in process improvement. Construction industry experience (1 year). Have used Construction industry platforms such as Building Connected, ProCore, BidMail, Construct Connect, etc. Hold a minimum of an Associate’s Degree (or equivalent). Bilingual (English / Spanish). Experience with Construction Estimating. Experience in reading building plan sets and understanding bid documents and requirements. Experience in Sales with strong business acumen. Experience with or desire to learn and deploy Agentic AI to optimize or automate workflows. Compensation: $22 – $26 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
