Medical Receptionist OpportunityA boutique optometric practice is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join its dynamic Patient Experience team. Serving as the first point of contact for patients and families in an eye care setting, this position is essential in providing a welcoming, professional, and dependable experience with every interaction.About the Role:The Medical Receptionist is responsible for managing all incoming calls and front desk interactions, providing accurate information, scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
