Overview Sr. Operations Program Manager, Vision Pro Location: Cupertino, CA Responsibilities Lead the OEM operations team in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps. Drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations and OEM teams. Plan capacity and lead factory equipment budget. Handle component readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost. Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams. Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality. Lead all communications, upward and downward through the organization; raise key issues and options for resolution with executive teams. Minimum Qualifications 12+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering or product development. Bachelor's in engineering discipline. Ability to travel up to 20–25%. Preferred Qualifications Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to management. Results oriented with strong attention to detail. Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Pay & Benefits Base pay ranges between $178,400 and $268,500 based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
