Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation based on role (e.g., shift differential, bonus, sales incentive, productivity pay, etc.). Overtime Eligibility Status Non-Exempt Worker Type Employee Job Description As a Patient Care Assistant you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to assist in delivery of patient care including personal hygiene and daily activities transporting patients and equipment, setting up and maintaining patient rooms, and reordering/stocking of supplies. Responsible for coordination of communications and procedures for the nursing unit, process electronic orders and assembling patient's charts and other necessities. Work Schedule: 32 hrs. weekly/0.8FTE; 3p-1130p with every other weekend Required Qualifications: Must have one of the following: High school diploma or equivalent HS Diploma in progress and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry Equivalent work experience in lieu of HS diploma or equivalent may be considered Valid BLS from American Heart Association or Red Cross Preferred Qualifications: CNA experience HUC or unit clerk experience Microsoft office experience Prior experience in acute care or hospital setting Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry About Us At HealthPartners we believe in the power of good - good deeds and good people working together.
