Empower students to find their voice and make meaningful progress as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school setting near Carmel, IN. In this contract role, you'll work directly with students to assess, treat, and help overcome communication barriers, partnering closely with educators, families, and fellow specialists.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Designing and implementing customized therapy interventions based on individual student goals
• Leading engaging therapy sessions that promote measurable student growth
• Maintaining accurate records and monitoring students’ progress
• Collaborating with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team for cohesive care delivery
• Consulting and educating families to extend therapy benefits beyond the classroom

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or eligible licensure as an SLP in Indiana
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with children or in educational settings highly regarded
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
