LPN / RN

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide primary care, chronic disease management, and health education to underserved patients in a faith-based, community clinic. Responsibilities include rooming patients, triage, administering medications and vaccines, performing point-of-care testing, care coordination, documentation in the EMR, and patient teaching. The nurse collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, culturally sensitive care, supports clinic flow, participates in quality improvement, and upholds our mission of promoting health equity and whole-person wellbeing.
