Our clerical staff plays a crucial role in assisting clinicians by managing administrative tasks such as credentialing services, intake scheduling, and billing, allowing our counselors to focus on what they do best: providing exceptional care. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing positive relationships built on trust and ethical boundaries. \n
- Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, allowing for necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed. \n
- Create, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client. \n
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation and progress notes to ensure continuity of care. \n
- Perform comprehensive intake assessments to better understand client needs upon entering treatment. \n
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions, focusing on unique client challenges, particularly in a youth demographic. \n
- Engage in ongoing individual supervision for personal and professional growth. \n
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes for clients. \n

The counselor in this position will primarily focus on a youth population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field. \n
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in accordance with state regulations. \n
- Ability to meet all internal credentialing requirements as determined by clinical settings. \n

- A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or individuals struggling with substance use disorders. \n
- Demonstrated competency in conducting assessments, diagnosing, and providing individual and group therapy. \n
- Proficient in using technology and clinical documentation systems with strong keyboarding abilities. \n
