This position is available with an immediate start.About the programWith a presence across China and internationally, this organization places students into elite schools abroad, offers British IGCSE and A-Level curriculums in China, organizes summer courses at prestigious institutions, and provides tailored tutoring, exam guidance, and resources to support students aiming for top schools worldwide.About the roleThis role involves teaching highly motivated and ambitious students in one-to-one or small group classes, helping them strengthen their academic performance in their current international school or prepare for entrance exams to overseas schools, while also contributing to curriculum development through the creation of engaging, subject-specific content.Plan, prepare, and deliver subject-specific lessons across a range of age groups and levels, including creating individualised lesson plans and teaching materialsContribute to the development of new and original curriculum content within your specialist fieldMonitor, assess, and mark students’ work, while maintaining accurate records and preparing written reports and evaluationsBring forward new ideas, interests, or specialist skills that could enhance the services and learning experience providedQualificationsUndergraduate degree or above in a core subject from a top universityTEFL/ TESOL certification (may be completed after application)At least 1 year’s regular tutoring experience, or demonstrable skillset that lends itself to teachingExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsKnowledge of UK/US education system and curriculum (Key Stages, GCSE/IGCSE, A-Level, IB and AP) is a major plus, but training will be providedSalary and benefits:Competitive salary to match skills and experienceUp to RMB 10,000 air tickets reimbursement after the first service year10 days annual leave + at least 11 days public holidaysAirport pick up7 days hotel stay on arrival Foreign expert certificate and visa applicationsWorldwide Health Insurance (including dental)
