Job Description

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is looking for dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Team Members to join our restaurant team. Team Members are responsible for delivering fast, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining Buffalo Wild Wings food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.

• Take and process dine-in, carryout, online, and delivery orders accurately.

• Prepare wings, fries, sides, and other menu items according to BWW recipes and portion standards.

• Sauce, package, and verify orders for accuracy before handing them to guests or delivery drivers.

• Maintain a goal of 10 minutes or less speed of service whenever operationally possible.

• Follow proper food preparation, cooking, holding, labeling, and day-dot procedures.

• Follow fryer procedures, timers, oil filtration, and food-safety requirements.

• Complete temperature checks, cleaning duties, opening/closing tasks, and assigned shift responsibilities.

• Maintain clean and organized kitchen, front counter, dining, storage, and work areas.

• Properly use sanitizer buckets and follow all health and sanitation standards.

• Restock sauces, packaging, beverages, utensils, and other supplies throughout the shift.

• Work as a team and communicate with managers and coworkers during busy periods.

• Follow employee meal, attendance, uniform, break, and workplace policies.

• Arrive on time and remain in assigned work areas throughout the scheduled shift.

• Immediately notify management of guest complaints, equipment problems, food-quality issues, or safety concerns.

• Perform additional restaurant duties assigned by the Manager or Shift Leader.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Strong attention to order accuracy and cleanliness.

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant lifting, cleaning, and stocking duties.

• Must follow all food-safety and company policies.

• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
