Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications and collaboration industry, is seeking a Enterprise Voice Engineer (NJ, NC, FL) to join their team. As a Enterprise Voice Engineer (NJ, NC, FL), you will be part of the Technology Solutions Department supporting enterprise voice infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Enterprise Voice Engineer (NJ, NC, FL) Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite required - 3 days a week) Pay Range: What's the Job? Manage and execute product lifecycle updates for enterprise voice platforms, ensuring compliance with vendor standards and security requirements. Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs, including automation and scripting using APIs, PowerShell, and other tools. Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver innovative voice solutions and support new programs. Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex voice infrastructure issues in production environments. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance voice communication systems and infrastructure. What's Needed? BS or BA in engineering, computer science, network security, or telecommunications. 10+ years of experience in Voice and Collaboration industry, with a focus on enterprise voice solutions. Deep expertise in voice technologies including SIP Trunking, VoIP protocols, IP PBX, and session management. Experience with Cisco voice platforms, SBC, Genesys, and unified communication technologies. Strong scripting and automation skills, familiarity with APIs, PowerShell, and scripting languages.
