Electrical Superintendent

Job description: CJR Renewables is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction and installation activities on a utility-scale renewable energy project. The selected candidate will start in the Houston office before relocating to the project site in Alamogordo, NM.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily electrical construction activities in the field- Ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications- Manage subcontractors and crews performing electrical installation- Coordinate with project management, QA/QC, and safety teams- Track progress, resolve field issues, and report on daily/weekly production- Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety requirements- Support commissioning and punch-list close-out activitiesCompensation & Logistics:Salary budgeted at $130,000 (flexible for strong candidates)- Per diem of $120/day, 7 days/week (except during rotation, when CJR covers rotation travel and no hotel is booked)- Company truck provided for work-related use once on site in Alamogordo Qualifications: Requirements:5+ years of field supervisory experience in utility-scale renewable energy construction (solar or BESS preferred)- Prior US work experience required- OSHA 30 certification preferred- Willingness to relocate to Alamogordo, NM after onboarding in Houston Why is This a Great Opportunity: Good opportunity to work for a small but growing division of a large multinational company.Nigel
