OVERHEAD CRANE OPERATOR
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Overhead Crane Operator for a company based in Woodstock, AL. With this opportunity you will get to step into a high-tech, fast-moving industrial environment where you’ll operate cutting-edge equipment and build valuable hands-on skills every day.

Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 4 00 am to 12 30 pm but must be flexible for time change .

Overhead Crane Operator Duties and Responsibilities

Operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position loads safely throughout the facility
Follow hand signals or radio communication from ground crew to guide movements accurately
Monitor load movement and stop operations immediately in response to hazards, alarms, or unsafe conditions
Conduct daily safety inspections of the crane, hooks, hoists, cables, and controls before operation
Ensure all loads are securely rigged and within the crane’s rated capacity before lifting.
Could be assisting in Packaging, Remote Crane or Fabricating work

Overhead Crane Operator Qualifications and Requirements

Prior experience in overhead crane operations preferred.
Must be willing to be trained in other departments as needed
Extreme attention to detail
Strength and stamina to lift materials up to 75 pounds
Organizational skills
