Territory Manager, Infusion Therapies and Platforms (El Paso, TX/Albuquerque, NM)

What you’ll be doing: Achieve sales quotas across a diverse portfolio including Baxter’s Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy products. Implement sales strategies and execute business plans to deliver on volume, product mix, and profit objectives. Call on acute‑care hospital customers; deliver effective presentations; and provide product information, demonstrations, and education. Partner closely with Infusion Systems and the broader Baxter team to meet goals and objectives. Protect, service, and grow the existing customer base. Manage and optimize Baxter’s GPO contracts. Serve as a resource for market information to management and marketing teams. What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or 6+ years of relevant industry experience. Three years of medical/hospital sales experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data to support effective sales strategies. Willingness to travel to both remote and urban locations, independently or with other personnel. Proven sales performance, a strong team orientation, and solid organizational skills. Homebase: El Paso, Texas, Albuquerque, NM. Territory: This role covers the state of New Mexico and El Paso, Texas area. The estimated base pay range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000 annually, with additional opportunity to earn sales incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
