Role Description This is a part time on-site role for an experienced Probate/Estate Paralegal in a small Law Firm is located in Bergen County, NJ. The Probate/Estate Paralegal will assist attorneys in the preparation of the legal documents required in the probating of estates , conducting legal research, tracking down and marshalling assets, preparing informal accountings, and reviewing and organizing documents related to probate and estate matters. Additional responsibilities include managing case files, communicating with clients, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
