Clubhouse Attendant

Tustin Ranch Golf Club, located in Tustin, CA , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Clubhouse Attendant ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation $17.00 - $17.50 per hour based on experience. Key Responsibilities Assists with the overall upkeep of Mansion Ridge Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning Assists in educating players regarding the game Directs start of play when necessary Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return Assists with food and beverage activities Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Performs other duties as required Works to ensure guests' rooms, administrative office space, locker rooms, clubhouse, Mansion, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition Establishes and maintains high standards of cleanliness for the entire Club; empties and cleans all waste receptacles and removes wastepaper and rubbish from the premises to a designated area; damp-wipes receptacles as necessary Cleans and disinfects all restrooms (sinks, toilets, countertops, floors, mirrors, etc.) Sweeps private stairways with a broom and vacuums if carpeted Replaces sanitary bathroom supplies and maintains ample inventory Sweeps, dust mops, or damp mops floors and entrance areas Minimum Qualifications One month of related experience or training Other Qualifications Regular and reliable attendance Benefits & Other Compensation This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
