You’ll partner closely with operations leaders and senior engineers to turn insights into practical improvements that drive operational excellence at scale. This Process Engineer role helps translate frontline observations and performance data into process changes, standard work, and automation support that meaningfully impacts network performance. What you’ll doPartner with operations leaders to understand constraints and recommend process improvementsConduct time studies, work measurement, and process observations to identify opportunitiesAnalyze operational data using statistical and analytical tools to support decisionsBuild process maps, standard work documentation, and operational performance reportsSupport implementation and validation of automation and continuous improvement initiativesWhat you’ll bringBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field0–3 years in engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and/or supply chain (intern/co-op preferred)Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and statistical analysisExperience with process mapping and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab)Strong Excel skills and exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
