To support a growing practice, the full-time Registration Coordinator will manage the intake process for new patients and ensure accurate data entry in the practice management information system while working remotely. Key responsibilities Complete the intake process for new patients, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient-related inquiries Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to compliance regulations Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Minimum of one (1) year of insurance benefit verification experience in a medical office or hospital setting preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Self-starter with the ability to work independently
