Adaptive RN | LPN | CMA - Clinical Float Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and versatile healthcare professional licensed as an RN, LPN, or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a dynamic clinical float team. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support by floating between various departments as needed.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans under nursing supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding treatment options and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care.

Education

Graduation from an accredited nursing program with current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Medical Assistant eligible to practice in the Midwest region.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to calm and support distressed or agitated patients and their families.
