Experienced Appointment Setter for Dental Marketing Agency

We are a fast-growing dental marketing agency looking for a talented and experienced appointment setter to join our team. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments for dental clients through Zoom,Liine and Open Dental.

Conduct calls and follow-ups via Zoom Phone.

Communicate with potential leads in Native English. Spanish is a bonus (If you know Spanish, salary is higher).

Ensure a high booking rate by understanding client needs and addressing concerns professionally.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize appointment-setting strategies.

Keep records organized and provide regular updates on leads and bookings.

Requirements:

✅ Experience in the dental industry is a bonus!

✅ Proficiency in online meeting tools like Zoom.

✅ Fluent in English with a clear, American or neutral accent. Spanish is a bonus.

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Ability to work 7AM - 5PM EST or 9AM-7PM EST (1h lunch break and coffee breaks througout the day)

✅ Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

✅ Proven ability to handle objections and book appointments effectively.

✅ Proactive learner who adapts to new tools and processes quickly.

Preferred:

Background in sales or customer service.

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
