Account Manager, Payor Partnerships

Leading negotiations for new and existing payor agreements, the full-time Account Manager, Payor Partnerships will manage the full contract lifecycle, build executive-level relationships, and ensure operational excellence in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead negotiations for new and existing payor agreements to secure favorable reimbursement and terms Own the full contract lifecycle from strategy through execution, coordinating across various departments Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned payors, facilitating regular communication and strategic initiatives Required qualifications Minimum BA/BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field At least five years of experience negotiating payor and/or provider agreements Knowledge of managed care regulations and laws related to healthcare, preferably in behavioral health Experience with alternative payment models, such as Value Based Programs and Risk Arrangements Ability to travel for corporate office visits and payor conferences as needed
