Schedule Enjoy a schedule that works around your life. This position works four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, with every Friday off. It’s a great fit for someone who prefers afternoons and evenings, and we’ll work with the right candidate to build a schedule that supports both the team and your lifestyle. Typical schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. , but we’re open to adjusting start and end times for the right candidate. What You’ll Do Employee Relations & HR Support Partner with leaders on employee concerns and policy interpretation Support leave administration, benefits, and compliance Maintain employee records and HR systems Talent Acquisition Recruit and hire hourly and professional positions Manage job postings, interviews, and onboarding Build community recruiting partnerships Culture & Retention Support retention initiatives and employee engagement efforts Assist with succession planning and workforce development What We’re Looking For May require a bachelor’s degree in a related area and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related field. 1+ years of recruiting experience is required. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR field. Has strong work ethic, always consider the Company’s best interest before making a decision.
