Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resource availability. \n
- Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and measurable outcomes for each client. \n
- Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients. \n
- Address crisis situations effectively, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans when needed. \n
- Maintain detailed documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards. \n
- Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance clients' therapeutic experience and community connections. \n
Your primary focus will be on supporting a diverse client base, ranging from individuals and couples to families grappling with various mental health concerns. At The Outlet, our clients often come to us experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues. You will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and promoting emotional health within this diverse population.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. \n
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Proficient understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and ethical guidelines in mental health practice. \n
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and engage effectively with clients and colleagues, fostering a collaborative treatment atmosphere. \n

- At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory. \n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
