Senior Project Marketing Manager and Social Media Head

As the Sr. Project Marketing Manager and Social Media Head, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our Front End and Back End marketing efforts. You will be responsible for leading and managing a global paid/influencer/content marketing team, overseeing lead generation, and conversion. Your expertise in digital marketing, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making will be instrumental in scaling our business.

We operate Christian Filipina. We have a high-7-figure annual revenue and a remote team of over 200 professionals, and we are now looking for a strategic and results-driven as the Sr. Project Marketing Manager and Social Media Head, to take our marketing efforts to the next level.

### **What You Will Do:**

#### **I. Revenue Growth & Marketing Strategy**

1. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive high quality lead growth.
2. Optimize and scale landing pages to maximize lead conversion.
3. Identify high-performing marketing campaigns and channels and scale them effectively.
4. Oversee all paid media traffic channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and influencer partnerships.
5. Leverage satisfied customers to drive referral-based growth.
6. Blow up the internet with good links, great content, etc, all getting us to rank higher.
7. Oversee structured snippets implementation.

#### **III. Team Leadership & Execution**

1. Lead and manage an international marketing team.
2. Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to review performance, challenges, and opportunities.
3. Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to ensure high team performance.
4. Work closely with tech and product teams to optimize user experience and tracking.

#### **IV. Data-Driven Decision Making**

1. Track and analyze key marketing metrics to optimize ROI.
2. Conduct funnel analysis to identify areas for improvement.
3. Coordinate with CRO to identify new tests to improve offers, pricing, and promotions.
