Location: Miami, FL (On-Site) A leading lower middle market private equity investment platform is seeking an experienced Vice President / Principal to join its investment team in Miami. This is an opportunity for a proven private equity professional to join a growing firm, play a key role in building the platform, and have a meaningful path toward partnership. The firm focuses on investments within business services and specialty manufacturing , with an active portfolio and significant capital deployed across its investments. The team is currently scaling its investment capabilities and is looking for someone who can step in immediately and make an impact across sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. About the Firm: The platform is an emerging lower middle market private equity investor that has deployed $200M+ of capital and is now scaling from its independent sponsor roots into a fully established investment platform with a targeted fund size of $250–$350M .
