Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:

Advocate Healthcare of East Boston is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a LPN/RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to our residents. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and developing individualized care plans

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility policies and regulations
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices
