Nationally recognized as a leader in community medicine (family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics), GLFHC has clinical sites throughout the service area and is the sponsoring organization for the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency program.This is a full-time role for an ambulatory care Clinical Pharmacist. The Clinical Pharmacist supports and works alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team and patients to help ensure that the medications prescribed for patients contribute to optimized health outcomes.
