Recovery Peer Specialist — Outreach & Wellness Planning

Legacy Treatment Services Group

Legacy Treatment Services Group seeks a dedicated Diversion Support Specialist to screen clients for Social Determinants of Health and orient them to Diversion Support Services. You will deliver peer support grounded in lived experience, using WRAP and FACT principles, across office, community, and field settings. Responsibilities include facilitating individual and group recovery planning, self-advocacy, relapse prevention, and community reintegration, while maintaining strong written and #J-18808-Ljbffr Legacy Treatment Services Group
