Pay Rate: 24-25/HR on W2 Hours: M-F 7am - 4pm Location: 9040 S. Rita Rd. Suite 1270 Tucson, AZ

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Candidate will be working in an industrial park - Mainly office building - Warehouses - Laboratories

Team Overview: Candidate will be working with a team, but will have individual work orders to fulfill

Resource's typical working day: small operations meeting Daily work order assignments Gathering tools and parts Preventative/Corrective maintenance tasks

Licenses/Certifications: Electrician's license not required, but nice to have NFPA 70 E certificate - nice to have NFPA Qualified Electrical Worker certificate - nice to have

Must Have Skills: Electrical experience

Nice to have skills: Commercial experience CMMS experience

Years of Experience: 2-3 years Education h.s. diploma or GED, trade school preferred Software skills: Basic computer skills

About the Role: As a Electrician, you will inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems. This includes valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes.
• Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner.
• Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
• Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
• Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
• Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience. Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred. Master Electrician license required as dictated by local electrical codes. Valid Driver's license required.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
