Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a critical access hospital
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across all acuity levels
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established clinical protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license with no disciplinary actions on record (verified within the last 30 days)
• Minimum of 24 months of ICU or Emergency Room experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in critical access or rural hospital environments
• Familiarity with trauma-level designated facilities and multi-department flexibility
