Director, Head of Client Service - Private Credit

Responsibilities:

• Lead client service strategy and delivery across a ~$10B+ private credit platform.
• Own the end-to-end client experience across institutional and intermediary investors.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Investment, Operations, Finance, and Legal to deliver seamless client coverage.
• Oversee investor reporting, DDQs/RFPs, quarterly materials, and bespoke client requests.
• Drive service standards, processes, technology, and scalability as the platform grows.
• Develop and lead a high-performing client service team.
• Identify client needs and translate feedback into actionable business improvements.
• Support fundraising, client retention, re-ups, and strategic account planning.
• Serve as a senior representative of the firm, bringing strong judgment, commerciality, and private markets expertise.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, client service, credit operations, or a related function within private credit or alternative asset management, with strong knowledge of loan tapes, corporate credit data, and institutional reporting. xhyhwjd
• Proven experience supporting sophisticated institutional investors, including complex diligence, reporting, and client communications, with excellent written, verbal, technical, and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed leader with strong ownership and execution skills; experience managing or mentoring staff is a plus
