We provide quality inspection and sorting services for a variety of automotive suppliers supporting assembly plants throughout the Lansing area, offering consistent work and opportunities for overtime. Job Responsibilities: Visually inspect automotive parts for defects and quality issues Identify scratches, color variations, warping, missing components, and other cosmetic or manufacturing defects Verify parts meet customer specifications and compatibility requirements Sort and separate parts based on inspection standards Follow quality procedures while maintaining accuracy and consistency Job Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire shift Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify small defects Reliable transportation Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Schedule: Full-time hours 40–60 hours per week, including overtime as needed Day Shift and Night Shift positions available If you're looking for steady work with a company that supports some of the automotive industry's leading suppliers, we'd love to hear from you.
