School Board Certified Behavior Analyst Opportunity

Location: Near Chaplin, CT

Schedule: Full-Time

Contract Term: 2026–2027 School Year

Hourly Pay Range: $50-65+

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school district for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, school-based contract opportunity supporting students across various district sites (itinerate).

Position Details

Full-time schedule (35–40 hours/week)
Work with both general education and special education populations
Provide direct behavioral services to students
Conduct observations throughout the district, including emotional support classrooms
Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Collaborate with school psychologists, teachers, and district staff to support student success

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification & CT LBA required
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
