responsibilities:

• Lead thorough system walk-downs to verify plant equipment compliance against contracts, specifications, and design feasibility.
• Coordinate construction-to-startup and operations turnovers, driving detailed startup schedules and major milestone planning.
• Develop and maintain startup packages, clear operating procedures, system drawings, as-built changes, and deficiency lists.
• Oversee system setup and testing per supplier specifications while maintaining strict safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.

qualifications:
Technical Expertise: Must have hands-on experience with Siemens S7-1500 systems and sound knowledge of power plant technical principles, equipment, and internal systems.

Experience & Education: Bachelor of Engineering preferred, combined with 3+ years of relevant power plant startup experience.

Key Skills & Certifications: OSHA 10-Hour Training preferred, along with exceptional problem-solving, multi-tasking, planning, and communication skills.
