What You ll Do

Provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatric care to an average of 18 patients per day
Manage a variety of treatment disorders including anxiety, mood, psychotic, trauma-related, developmental, and substance use disorders
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting mental health treatment
Complete documentation and treatment planning using Wellsky EMR
Monitor and assess involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy needs
Participate in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on patient recovery

What You Need

Valid Delaware medical license in good standing
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
At least 2 years of inpatient psychiatric experience
Strong knowledge of involuntary commitments, medications, and mental health treatment protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
