Senior Accountant

Overview Senior Accountant — We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing, mission-driven organization where accounting plays a key role in driving strategic decisions and supporting operational success. Mission driven company with a nice work culture Strong leadership team Visible role, exposure to leadership and the ability to help with decision making Opportunity for growth and development Collaborative team Stable company Strong benefits and PTO Nice work life balance, flexible schedule Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, delivering insights on variances, trends, and business performance Manage revenue recognition and deferred revenue in accordance with GAAP (experience with systems like NetSuite ARM) Ensure compliance across multi-state operations, including sales/use tax filings and regulatory requirements Drive process improvements and partner cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, reporting, and strategic decision-making Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a multi-state or growth-oriented environment Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with NetSuite preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
