• Engage actively with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and execute personalized marketing strategies for property listings.
• Utilize our lead generation systems to identify and connect with prospective buyers and sellers.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sales techniques and market knowledge.
• Coordinate and conduct property showings, providing clients with detailed insights and guidance.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

• Real Estate License or in the process.
• Experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Proven track record of collaborating successfully within a team to achieve shared goals.
• Familiarity with lead generation systems and a willingness to learn and utilize new technologies.
• Commitment to participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and market knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate and conduct property showings, providing clients with detailed insights and guidance.
• Strong negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity in all transactions.
