Your main goal is to create a memorable shopping experience for customers by assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. We provide training to help you succeed. Your passion and personality are key to helping our customers express themselves through beauty. Your Responsibilities include: Building relationships and inspiring loyalty. Recommending additional and complementary products. Informing customers about current promotions and events. Setting up advertising displays and highlighting sales/promotional events. Enrolling customers in our Loyalty program. Completing transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues.
