ServiceNow SPM Process Lead
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Process Lead to drive SPM process documentation, business-unit rollouts, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across a global enterprise environment.
This is a functional/process leadership role, with a strong focus on ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), process governance, rollout, training, and change enablement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead rollout of ServiceNow Resource Management capabilities across IT teams
• Drive expansion of Idea Management and Strategic Planning Workspace across business units
• Define and document SPM processes, workflows, roles, responsibilities, and SOPs
• Develop user guides, training materials, quick-reference guides, and process walkthroughs
• Partner with IT and business leadership to drive SPM adoption
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business units during SPM onboarding
• Develop rollout plans, communication strategies, training plans, and adoption metrics
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end users and practitioners
• Track adoption and provide status updates to ServiceNow Process Owners and program leadership
• Gather stakeholder feedback and drive continuous process improvement
• Maintain documentation and ensure it stays aligned with ServiceNow platform and process changes
Required Skills
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Experience with Resource Management, Idea Management, Demand Management, and/or Strategic Planning Workspace
• Strong process documentation and technical writing skills
• Experience developing training and enablement materials
• Proven experience leading technology rollouts across multiple business units
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work with both technical and business audiences
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience working independently across multiple workstreams
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow CIS-SPM or CIS-ITBM certification
• Experience with Strategic Planning Workspace and Innovation Management
• Change Management / Organizational Change Management experience
• ITIL and portfolio/program management knowledge
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization
• Experience with ServiceNow Yokohama or later releases
