What You'll Do
As a Barista, you'll be cross-trained throughout the restaurant, giving you valuable experience in both front and back of house.
You'll:
- Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make them feel valued.
- Prepare smoothies, juices, bowls, wraps, salads, and other fresh menu favorites.
- Learn about the health benefits of our ingredients so you can confidently answer guest questions.
- Help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running efficiently.
- Work with an energetic team that supports one another and celebrates success.
- Create an experience that keeps guests excited to come back.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Believes hospitality starts with making every person feel special.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Loves talking with people and providing outstanding customer service.
- Pays attention to the little details.
- Works with urgency while maintaining quality.
- Can occasionally lift up to 40–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
