Customer Service Specialist

Overview Position: Full-Time. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at stores within a 20-mile radius of Store #2169, located at: 2823 Suite G Selwyn Ave, Charlotte NC. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by assisting wholesale and retail customers, determining their needs, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending appropriate solutions. Promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and maintain high quality and visual standards of products and the store. Contribute to achieving the store’s sales goals while delivering consistent, friendly service. Location and Availability Work at stores within a 20-mile radius of the specified store location; duties involve interaction with customers and cash handling as part of normal operations. Security and Compliance Note: The job involves contact with customers, some of whom may be minors, and access to cash and other payment methods.
