Pay: $15.50-16.50
Schedule: Flexible availability required, including afternoons/evenings and Saturdays to meet the needs of the school and season.

This role supports enrollment growth, family engagement, and front desk sales execution to ensure every family receives a consistent, high-quality Aqua-Tots experience.

What You'll Do
- Drive Enrollment & Sales Connect with new and returning families to convert leads into enrollments. Confidently guide families through program options, schedules, and promotions.
- Manage Leads & Follow-Up Track and follow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours to ensure no opportunity is missed and every family receives timely communication.
- Support Front Desk Sales Execution Partner with the front desk team to reinforce sales best practices, support enrollment conversations, and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Guide the Family Journey & Experience Deliver a welcoming, informative, and professional experience for every family interaction, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Track Performance & Results Monitor leads, conversions, and follow-ups to support school enrollment goals and overall performance.
- Represent the Aqua-Tots Brand Uphold a high standard of professionalism, warmth, and integrity in all interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, service, or membership sales is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working toward goals, metrics, and accountability
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
