Civil Engineer - Land Development

We are supporting a civil engineering opportunity in Dallas-Fort Worth for someone experienced in the design of residential or commercial land development projects. The position would involve preparing site development plans and calculations, with a focus on grading, stormwater management, drainage, paving and water/wastewater utilities. Salary: $90,000-$130,000 base, depending on experience. Job Specifications: Produce civil plans and supporting calculations for land development projects. Design grading, drainage, detention, paving and utility systems. Support permitting and respond to agency comments. Coordinate technical work with project managers and other disciplines. Key Requirements: Civil engineering degree and land development design experience. Proficiency with Civil 3D. Experience preparing grading, drainage and utility plans.
