Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting facility operations and maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Fall River, MA

Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (Weekends as needed)

What's the Job?

• Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the facility
• Complete preventative and reactive maintenance tasks as assigned
• Perform building maintenance including plumbing, lighting, wiring, and structural repairs
• Maintain facility equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and material handling equipment
• Inspect building areas to identify safety hazards or repair needs

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of general maintenance or facility maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
• Ability to operate standard maintenance tools and power tools
• Ability to read and follow basic maintenance instructions and safety procedures
