Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future and seasonal productions; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assists with purchasing decisions; handles payment types; locates merchandise; resolves member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate; fosters a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment; helps identify and address roadblocks and trains others. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; supports the Open Door Policy; and applies these in executing business processes. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; sets priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; and adapts to change and feedback.
