Licensed Psychologist – Outpatient Clinic Location: Dallas, TX (In-Person) Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 $10,000 Sign-On Bonus About Next STEPS Worldwide Next STEPS Worldwide is a fast-growing, multidisciplinary outpatient clinic providing high-quality mental health and nutrition services for individuals of all ages. With a client-centered and evidence-based approach, our team includes licensed psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and provider support specialists who work together to deliver holistic, results-driven care. We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team at our Dallas location. This is a full-time, in-person role designed for professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in an environment that supports both clinical excellence and personal well-being. Why Join Us Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends. Fridays are typically reserved for administrative tasks. $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Supportive, Multidisciplinary Environment: Collaborate with a team of therapists, psychologists, dietitians, and support staff. Responsibilities Provide psychological services including assessments, individual and group therapy, and consultation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective treatment plans. Deliver services using evidence-based practices and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Participate in program development to enhance service delivery across the clinic. Engage and motivate clients, including those who may be hesitant about therapy. Qualifications Education: Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program. Licensure: Active license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of Texas (required). Experience: Prior outpatient clinical experience providing therapy and assessments. Skills: Strong communication, cultural competency, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
