Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wednesday 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM; Thursday 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or access issues. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations. Support a professional environment by assisting with routine requests, following post orders, and communicating clearly with employees, patients, visitors, and emergency personnel when needed. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
