Responsible for data entry and administrative support of Concessions food service programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs end-of-day accounting, data entry, reconciliations and balancing concession stands. Process lead check out paperwork. Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing. Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment. Initiates recounts of inventory during event audits. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of one year data entry experience.
