As an Armored Security Guard, you are part of a two‑person route team responsible for safely servicing customers along a daily armored route. Your responsibilities include driving, handling cash, servicing ATMs and equipment, following strict security procedures, and working closely with your teammate to ensure every stop is completed safely, accurately, and professionally. Responsibilities Safely operate armored routes in Illinois and Wisconsin. Drive responsibly and maintain vehicle integrity. Handle cash and secure it according to company policies. Service ATMs, gaming machines, and vaults. Follow strict security and compliance procedures. Work with a teammate to ensure each stop is completed safely and accurately. Undergo annual firearm training and maintain required certifications. Qualifications At least 21 years of age. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to pass background checks and DOT requirements. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs or more. Reliable, professional, and detail‑oriented. Willingness to learn how to operate armored vehicles safely. Experience protecting team members, customers, and company assets is a plus. Comfortable with handling cash, servicing ATMs, gaming machines, and vaults. Ability to follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid FOID card (Wisconsin) and an 108 Security Permit (DSPS). Security or firearm experience is helpful, but not required; training is provided. High school diploma or GED. Veterans are encouraged to apply. Compensation & Benefits Base pay $18–$23 per hour (top performers may earn $25+ per hour). Quarterly performance bonuses ranging from $750 to $3,000. Full‑time position: 40–50 hours per week; no weekends. Paid time off and paid vacation. Medical PPO and HSA plans.
