Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Insurance Corner LLC
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Work Location: In Person

Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the primary points of contact for our existing clients.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized, communicates professionally, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. You'll assist clients with everyday service needs while helping our agency maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Insurance experience is helpful, but it is not required. We're willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist walk-in clients
• Respond professionally to client emails and text messages
• Assist clients with billing and general policy questions
• Provide basic claims support and direct or escalate claims matters appropriately
• Send ID cards, policy documents, and other requested information
• Assist with policy renewals and proactive client follow-up
• Support client retention through excellent service and timely communication
• Schedule annual policy reviews
• Maintain complete and accurate notes in our CRM
• Follow agency procedures, SOPs, and compliance requirements
• Identify potential cross-selling opportunities and refer them appropriately
• Follow up on assigned tasks and client requests
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience with every interaction

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Insurance experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Strong computer skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Ability to learn and follow established processes
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
